Fire Tamer
Understanding that a flame does not care who you are, Or who it might have been that got left with a scar, Keeping their senses tuned to every alert, Finding all the ones that had got hurt. Knowing all the things that they must know, They cannot ever afford to go very slow. Holding their head up as they fight the flames, Grateful for the moment that it tames, Fighting once again a fire they never started, Sirens were wailing as the crowds slowly parted, Moving all their gear and putting it in place, To beat the fire, you must win the race. Hoping tomorrow that no one will call, Yet if they do, they intend to give their all.........
